It Is Denied By the Federal Government as Finite decision maker on the Exploration license on Pep11 Fugasi and this can not be swept under the carpet by yourself and 3X its FACT !!!!
And the decision is strongly supported by the State Government of NSW, and currently those decisions are under the toothless Judicial Review against the Commonwealth instigated by DB, and imo it’s just DB wasting more of MMR,s Shareholders time and money in the action whilst he’s still on the Pep11 Inc MMR and BPH payroll, and as if the 5 year suspension wasn’t enough for Shareholders to endure in MMR under his mismanagement of the project !!!
