Without looking it up butcherboy there is also a huge (unhealthy) amount of mercury in swordfish, this is more dangerous as the amount of advertising that goes into "swordfish steaks" in Sydney is huge - $17 to $18 a kilo and a delicacy - shame how we humans are poisoning ourselves.
