Well, this company surely knows how to get itself into a mess which should have been avoidable. In my opinion, a lot of the announcements in the last few weeks are just noise, e.g. Director declaration, Legal Proceedings by Therapeutics MD and yesterday's FDA letter.

The FDA letter content will not alter MYX's ability to sell Nextstellis in the US but should have clearly been disclosed to shareholders and this is the main issue, that the company is not meeting its continuous disclosure obligations and one may well ask what else are shareholders not been told about.

Why the share price traded yesterday at a discount at a 25% to Cosette's offer of $7.4 is bewildering and in my opinion, those who jumped in yesterday will be handsomely rewarded. Central to this share price is where you stand regarding Cosette's commitment to the deal, I believe that Cosette has spent a lot of money getting to this point and will not pull out and incur further breakaway costs. Others are betting otherwise, shorts are rising and the mood in this forum has changed to accept the offer of $7.4.

In my opinion, the news that investors should focus on are :

• On 22/4/25 MYX released a 9 months business update forecasting an EBITDA improvement of about 120% YoY.
• Renewed commitment to the deal with a new timeline.
• Purchase of Twyneo & Epsolay adds approx. $60-70M in revenue/year
• Trump's executive order is clearly designed to bring down prices to consumers in the US and may negatively impact all pharma companies selling branded drugs in the US if successfully implemented (there are a lot of vested interests in the US on this).

I await the release of the Scheme Booklet to see if there are any complications, particularly relating to the Foreign Review and the Independent Expert report.
