Huge difference between Locksley and the Colosseum is that the Colosseum was tweeted out by the President of the United States. There have been rumors that Locksley has been told to cease and desist from what i'm hearing. Also, it is public knowledge that they let their previous permit to drill lapse. If they had something, they wouldn't be walking around without a permit to operate.
