Heya folks
For the next circa 7yrs (at current production of 12 to 14ktpa ), HGO will pay 2.5% royalty (approx $3m) to vox after milestone cumulative production of 85kt net smelter return, the royalty will reduce to .5%.
So the royalty is for both copper and gold production right (NSR)?
Can anyone please explain how this royalty works WRT HGO, land owning, mineral rights etc?
