I personally don’t see Rebecca as controlling the corporate side such as the CR. That is Hopper.
But it is genuinely odd that yesterday they pause into the trading day and then a trading halt and then announce findings all in the space of a few hours. And then the next morning a CR is announced.
Were this to be dissected yesterday should have opened with a TH at market open as they must have had that information. It is extremely unlikely that it came in after open as that should then have seen a TH into a couple of days as they assessed it.
So from my experience they were tardy in announcing the pause and then the TH.
But they knew that there was a clear intention to do a CR yesterday as well.
So in summation it should have been a TH yesterday and then an announcement as to trial results this morning contemporaneously with a CR with open trading Monday.
But hey, let just ignore continuous disclosure rules!
