Time is running out and given the company is going to need cash soon, we better accept the offer on the table.
I don't like neither offer. pretty shit really. But a lot of companies had plenty of time to come back and nobody but this 2 shit companies put offers.
and I really hope some company would come and make an offer for the whole lot.

We better take $7.5m cash, lower expenses by cutingt losses in Colombia and put an exploration program in PNG that can attract markets attention.
What I don't want is for this to drag for longer and the company to be forced to raise cash at this low prices again!!!
If you guys had any shares, you guys wouldn't like to be diluted at this levels and I certainly don't.
Shareholders better think clearly. I was against last time. But give the shit situation. I am voting to get this approved and move on!
