If Visby had the cash, he could have put a bidding offer PRIOR. and made that public now.
"Look here we sent this to the company and we are going to ASX" - Have they done that? NO
Visby didn't do that.... they made an "online" PR stunt offer.... AFTER Tiger made a bidding offer is easy.
He comes back to mess things around.
If he had all the cash... he could have come BEFORE made made a $15M cash offer... bidding offer.
He didn't make a bidding offer or the company and Visby would have disclosed that.
Shareholders... think well about the game at play here.
One offer on the table... one is an online PR stunt.
How this is going to end up? I don't know. But i just want this over... cut losses and move on.
