They need to raise cash to get rid of the spectre of note conversion and dumping heading into the spud. I guess we all know it will come before the drill result is known but when its up to the company. They need to raise enough cash to not only pay off note and fund the next drill but potentially finance galoc phase #2 ect. One would think they will have to offer a significant discount and huge dilution to get enough money to pay for all of the above.
