Regulators neither care or will take any action. They only investigate @ 1% of complaints that are lodged.
That my friend is why companies like this do whatever they want knowing that there is virtually no chance of any action being taken - let alone being investigated.
That is why I have been suggesting that shareholders take the bull by the horns and do what is required to remove Hopper from the Board.
That is why Hopper has refused my request to obtain the share register. Firstly he knows the regulators won't take any action and secondly he knows shareholders are peed off and he doesn't want anything to ruin his empire.
So until shareholders decide to work together, he will keep paying himself and I'm sure certain people would have sold out yesterday knowing they can buy back in a lot cheaper next week. That's the system we're in.
