Quite bizarre that they've opted for another capital raise when they could have easily covered the $2.2 million shortfall from the recent raise, especially after yesterday's announcement.
Yes, it's disappointing—but it's worth noting that a large chunck of this new raise is earmarked for a US cornerstone investor, and the majority of the raise won't proceed until they hold an EGM, which may take some time. Hopefully beteen now and then the imminent data release for CDH17 would have occurred.
Not all doom & gloom.
