That is a very good email from Next Investors. They rightly note that by PFS stage most developing ASX miners usually trade between 30-60% of their NPV.

HVY npv from the old scoping study gives them A$250 mill NPV..... so that should indicate that post upcomming PFS market should take HVY to a mc of between A$75-150 mill- (ie a share price of A$1.10-A$1.50)

HVY mc today is still only A$18 mill (7% of its NPV).........so this baby is still very undervalued.,

Moreover, with last years 20% resource upgrade I calculate the NPV on the PFS should be over A$300 million - which should therefore give HVY a potential post PFS target market cap range of A$100- 200 milion - with only 67 mill shares out that indicates this share price should move up to between $1.50- $3.00 over time if the PFS is solid.

Dear investors - dont look a gift horse in the mouth, my mother always told me "when it's on a plate eat it". ...If not in a few months IMO theres a very high chance you be fiilthy at yourself and be spouting would have, should have, could have's in the pub..

On the other hand, if you do buy and it doesn't move much what to lose?....... IMO HVY's PG and Red HJill resources are jorc indicated to hold around 10 mill tons at $800 a ton of in-short-global-supply garnet sand - this gives them an In-ground Value of around A$8 billion. In a good location near Geraldton Port, in a good mining jurisdiction I reckon they could be sold now could be sold to GMA ....or any other bigger global miner for at least A$50 - in about one month at most.. (A$50 million is just 0.06% of their indicated in-ground value most pfs resources sell for 2-10% of their IGV)

So theres no real dowside at these prices here either gents ......IMO just a huge potential 10-20x upside ........these massively asymetrical bets are your rare opportunities to retire early., So may I politely suggest you fill your effin boots while you can?
