yep Auric is well aware of the plaints on the tenements at Lindsay's. That's why it hasn't settled yet.
Nevertheless, we're committed to buying Lindsay's.
We've had a couple of extensions on this matter and it is before the Wardens Court.
We believe all matters will be resolved and that in the very near future we can move to paying for the tenements and getting on with gold mining, coz that's what we do.
