Ann: Prospectus, page-36

I find it interesting that the prospectus invites shareholders to participate in taking up tp $100k worth of shares in the spp but the TOTAL amount committed by all directors and management amounts to $90k in full. How can investors have any confidence in committing more funds to prop up these guys if they are not committed or confident themselves. This is a continual trend with these guys.
if management seem to think they are on the brink of something special ,why no interest in committing they’re own money to help secure they’re jobs for one and secondly help the company fulfill its POTENTIAL like they keep prattling on about.
I know for one that I would feel much more confident if management were more aligned with shareholders in risk/ reward ,not just in free shares for continually less milestones.
ps. I have been a shareholder from the beginning and have not seen a return on investment to date. A bit over it. By the way, where is Jim Hayden?Seems ominously quiet of late. Was everywhere last cr .
