one thing not dicussed yet.

Before i start to write this post, make it clear this isn't a "oh my god the sky is falling" but something no one has bought up in any future FA annalysis (at least i can remember).

What is we loose DT or JB to a rival company? how will this affect us short and long term? Not saying they are leaving but looking at another risk i see as a large one as loosing one would certainly impact SP (one more than the other) and both would be a major set back. Please dont reply and say"they never will blah blah" but rather what is the risk and impact.

I think that JB's resume would be looking very favourable with other company's looking in and seeing what he and other management has done to date.
