No that was the fault of our enviro consultants. Major changes to process are published years before they are implemented by the government and they usually require input from the private sector/industry.
The fact is he said they changed the goal posts and that we were caught unawares. When in reality we lodged in the old format and hoped that it would get through the system.

There is warranted blame on lots of parties and unfortunately it has been the shareholders that have suffered. Anyway many of us barnacles have hopefully weathered the storm and will see the light of EPA approval. And just hope the ham fisted delivery is minimised when it comes to securing deals and logistics
