    Some of the reasons that we are not hearing things or any detail is because we are now in the realm of being a commercial company as before we were solely in the development stage where we did not have a product or products to offer potential clients.
    As we have now evolved and have joined the realm of a commercial entity, then a whole multitude of things change.
    The first one is the non communication to public as to who we are talking with.. (we can speculate all we want about who we are talking to, but we will never know until the ink has dried). This is because the company(ies) that we are talking with require a competitive advantage over their competitors.
    That is followed by NDA agreements as to what NRE is being carried out in regards to a contract, or any pre-contract testing or development has been carried out.
    We need to keep extremely quiet as to anything in regards to any talk or contracts with any possible client, and that could also include a total blackout of communication outside of the company in the event of any discussions or any signed contract with a client.
    If we fail on the confidentiality of any client then we could lose all that we have tried to gain, as other companies will never trust us.
    It is also very pertinent that we do not disclose to clients that we have carried out a particular NRE for someone else. We must treat each aspect of a clients design as it is a one of a kind, regardless on how close that product could be in regards to another clients product.
    The complexities of these contracts are huge, and when the deal is done we will be informed with minimum detail or detail the client is happy to be released.
