Most of you would know about RGs connection and involvement with the Reject shop and its recent buyout. I recently had a look at the proposal that has come through with particular attention with the Valuation which was also reviewed by Kroll. I don't possess to be an expert on financial numbers but that didn't stop me from comparing the financials between both the Reject shop and Pact group. I thought it looked very interesting, that PGH has been valued at a similar enterprise value to the Reject shop when it only has half the revenue. If anyone has any suggestions on how to make this table more accurate and comparable please respond.
