I do note that the IRR is 31%, with a cap payback of 2 years so it's easy ... and someone has to pay those WA tax royalties. There also seems to be plenty of blue sky with additional drilling up to a feasibility level. I have traded this one and have been a holder of it also for a period of time now so am a little familiar with it myself. I do see your point tho.
