I don't think Zip will ever list on the Nasdaq unless they need to raise capital and offer new shares on the Nasdaq.

I can't see all the ASX listed 1B+ shares moving there and all the trouble with international broker accounts etc.

Then who would sell them for the current exchange rate? Heaps of people would have to offer them to sell to Americans at inflated prices, just because the share moved to the US lol.

Sezzle already had large American insiders who offered up their shares for liquidity and then the American retail started buying it. It had to be halted a few times beforehand because of no liquidity.

It can't ever happen for Zip until they NEED to raise hundreds of millions of dollars and offer the new shares to US buyers, or we are lucky to get another Jack Dorsey with an even bigger, already listed Nasdaq company and our shares convert to CDIs like Block XYZ.

All the Jens and HC Zip bull cult memebers are dreamers thinking all 1B+ shares will move over and then we'll just offer the shares to the Yanks at triple the price etc. There will be no liquidity.

Not happening unless Zip do something stupid with acquisitions and needs hundreds of millions or BILLIONS to raise cash.

Best we can hope for is M&A with a large Nasdaq listed company. It's so easy buying/selling Block XYZ on the ASX with CDIs. That's what I hope we get. Another Block coming for Zip
