Any day from this week, an Ann’s is due from drilling
if the drill rig is averaging 30m per day, and this is conservative, it would have done nearly 200m by now. If there are any visible gold, it will be Anns
other pulp assays can also be the next big Ann acc to AB. Sue doesn’t know, dont take it as gospel, but “there are currently many drill samples being processed in the lab”
Brokers have been dead quiet about this MRE, they’re not updating their WA8 valuation because (my only logical explanation is) their approach have been rejected. Sorry, no cheap CR.
If I read somewhere correctly, AB’s presentation is due this week, there’s a continuing increase in views of the latest webinar - 200 views per day. Just one smsf viewing that preso can gobble up the 5m shares sitting in the Sell queue.
Our strategy is simple: get in early as soon as you’re convinced before the BEOT rummage on Wa8 shares. I was announcing on the roof til Ltr was worth $1.60 based on peer comparison in Dec 2019 but many ridiculed it. It was 8c then, and it actually went $3,20 and now sits at 81 cents. Why did I say that? Because the resource was already clearly about to double to 150mt. now here’s WA8 sitting already on 60kt antimony. That’s about the size of antimony that sx2 proves in its drilling since early 2022 to 2027 - Yeap they won’t produce their target inferred Sb 66k-88kt until 2027.
Wa8 already has the antimony that sx2 will define I. 2027.
Looking forward to AB doing more in-person investor presentations in Sydney, Melbourne and the USA.
Perhaps approach smelter of antimony like Korean Zinc. I heard they have an annual capacity to process nearly 6,000t antimony annually
a counter investment from them could set us on firing all cylinders
—-see here for those not already familiar re DD meters per day:
In Australian mining, the average meterage drilled per diamond drill rig can vary depending on several factors like ground conditions, rig type, and whether it’s surface or underground drilling. However, some industry averages include:
Typical Diamond Drilling Rates in Australia:
1. Surface Diamond Drilling:
- Average rate: ~30 to 50 meters per day per rig.
- Monthly output: ~800 to 1,200 meters per month.
- Annual output per rig: ~10,000 to 14,000 meters.
2. Underground Diamond Drilling:
- Average rate: ~10 to 25 meters per day per rig.
- Monthly output: ~300 to 700 meters per month.
- Annual output per rig: ~5,000 to 9,000 meters.
Other Factors Affecting Drilling Rates:
- Depth of hole – deeper holes slow down production.
- Ground conditions – fractured or hard rock reduces speed.
- Core size – larger cores like HQ slow down production vs. smaller ones like NQ.
- Operator skill and shift patterns – 24/7 operations get more meterage.
