ut--just did my monthly trawl of unit listings in my area,seems they are going up marginally,guess this might be some of the desperados who sold ,found their 650k mortgage on 150k income was a bit hard--lots of these people apparently.
pity they didnt start with a 200k homeunit and a 150k income,
but then you have to have it all---i guess these are the ones all the doomsayers are on about ,sure will help the bottom end of town
