Expiry is Dec 2025.
They need the money now. Do you really think it would be good management to rely on that? How do you plan and run the trial when you have no control over when or if the options are vested?
CHM has already been suspended from trading due to cash. They had a retail raise to prevent this from happening again, and it was not supported. Hence, the CR.
I think we need to agree to disagree. And that is alright. That's how a free market works.
