This is not to do with FDA approval (Which did occur in Oct 24). This is to do with their commercialisation strategy, being the use of reimbursement codes as part of their revenue/subscription model. They've bet the whole company on this basically, and their first attempt to secure the very necessary code has been seemingly rejected.
Seems the market is waking up to this news not yet announced..
