CC Capital wanted to buy IFL shares for $4.3 then $4.6 then $5 and took 10 weeks for Exclusivity period then announced "we actively working on biding bid" and all this time and money what they spend just to say we don't want to buy anymore IFL? Sounds not reasonable - if CC Capital say they will prepare biding bid then most probably we will see biding bid.
