a) Oppies you speak of to the broker are worthless until the share price rises ~40% (ex 0.039). Bell Potter did not receive shares - go figure.
b) WCN management saved register dilution by a 169 million shares ($12.4 million from 0.0403 versus $12.4 million from 0.026).
