I'm tipping she is certainly no expert in crypto, and very young, with no work or life experience. I would think the company has been asked to have a director nominated as he has circa 20% skin in the game now... so he has decided to put his daughter up as a director... hopefully he can be her proxy and help her out with the company success cos she certainly wouldn't be someone the company wanted given she is just a recent uni graduate.
I'm more interested in Leigh Travers coming back - this is good news. he knows the space well. prob will be the next CEO (?) which I did mention should happen early last year when Lisa left. he already had that role. only moved on to move to heading up Binance Australia. would be good to poach him back in a more permanent role as he knows the company and history and has great crypto knowledge. interested to see what he has been been brought back to achieve.
interesting times ahead providing we don't get bought out .... that's my concern.
