Hey HM, not sure how long you’ve been in the speculative space. This sector moves by leaps and bounds. The important thing is for us to enter before a massive re-rate so that if it dips we can absorb the shocks. The first range here is from $100m to $200m after breaching the 9 figure hurdle. Yeap if you miss the $100m to $200m jump, it will be harder to overcome the $200 to $400m and $400m to $800m. Of course the exceptions will be exceptional results which were are all hoping . But as were often told, temper the expectations. So here, the bottom line is I believe it’s the easiest $range to go from $100m to $200m than breaching the $100m over the last 18months in WA8. The $200m can in fact be reached any time in view of the remarkable increase in MRE that underpins freshly elevated valuation.
