The way you have to look at it is, ORG is OZ based gas company basically, it stuck it's neck out to farminto offshore africa. Apache on the other hand is full of experience oil people, they wouldn't have farmed in if the numbers didn't add up. I suspect PCL didn't farmout because they believe they could get a better deal.
Another factor for the PCL price drop was probably because people were expecting other, larger farminees. I'm happy with Apache but would like to know what this "component" is!
I'm hoping Any new Tunisian and hopefully new Libyan governments will be more friendly to Maltese drilling.
