Its very difficult for us retail investors to separate Management Incompetence VRS Market Side Resistance or Slow Process. As you observe, there appears to be nothing bad about the technology only positive reviews.

Not covering the territory fast enough
Not prioritizing sales targets (focusing on the interesting and fascinating NOT the low hanging fruit)
Obsessing over polishing the technology instead of launching minimum viable product
Losing them at the negotiating table (legals too complex and long winded or pricing models too aggressive)
Not being taken seriously by the broader market ("that funny little Aussie company")
Management/board in-fighting or other distractions
Sunspot activity
Market side resistance or Slow Process
Possibly...
Too hard, wait for somebody else to work out how to use it.
Being outsold - NVIDIA just make it too easy to apply product that works now even if not quite as good.

Risk - I don't want to be first. If BRN goes tits-up, I will have invested years and be left with no support ****
The market just doesn't get it - casting pearls before swine.
Once BRN signs a good quality revenue earning deal and are cash flow positive, then I believe other reluctant customers will come on board.
The longer they take to sign their first decent deal - the more the market will have doubts.
I think they need to start giving it away just to get proof of market (or partner with someone in the proper sense of the word).
They need a high profile deal that results in a game changing product that makes everyone go "Oh my God! we need this tech or we will be left behind."
We as shareholders don't know which of the above is true - all we know is "it ain't happening fast enough - something is wrong. And it isn't the technology"
I am hoping they are just about to sign a big deal and I can eat my words. That's what keeps me invested. I don't want to fall for one of Warren Buffet's Mistakes investors always make => lack of patience.
Therapeutic - putting my concerns into words that can be scrutinized by others - clears the mind.
