if there was a demerger/spin off, you would still own the same number of shares in STB, plus shares in the new entity on whatever basis they are issued (eg it could be 5 shares for every 1 held in STB, or for every 2 shares, or 1 for 1 - the numbers are irrelevant... it is a matter of them being issued pro-rata to all STB holders
