My understanding is that there is two investigations underway, one for "Countervailing Duty" and the other for "Less-Than-Fair-Value"
As far as i can see the ITC determination for the Countervailing Duty was still due 19th May 2025 Washington DC time.

However the other ITC investigation, the "Less-Than-Fair-Value" investigation has been delayed from 27th May to 16th July as noted in your post. July.
