For what it's worth - I have already lodged a complaint with both ASIC and ASX Listing Compliance.
Don't hold your breath for any action to be taken though. Neither can be bothered doing any investigation that involves any actual work on their part. They're both as useless as each other.
As I keep saying - Company director's know this and so it's open slather for them to do whatever they want with no fear of them being held to account. It's a disgrace on all fronts. Retail shareholders are the ones receiving the reaming up the rear.
