It was tarding at cash backing for a reason, and todays rise is a classic pump, i have seen far to many time "gas discovery" but untill you have production numbers it means nothing. The increase in market cap after today is laughable, Just look at CEL, found 2300 ft of gas and proved by wire logs but no production test as yet. Cel has a market cap of only about $20 million, today TAP increased there market cap by double that.
