The announcement of Gregg Peters is fantastic, I certainly voted all my holdings for him at AGM today.
His knowledge and experience has already been utilised by the company for a while as a board adviser. His position on the board will only set the company up for the immediate future in obtaining contracts.
I, like @256lith do not see a cap raise. We have two big announcements being WFE and the final well. Once this has been ascertained, I amsure the company will review other financing methods to get them to commercialisation and potentially purchase of WFE.
It is absolutely in the boards interest (now they know they have a viable asset and so close to production), to not dilute their ownership in that asset any futher.
