....The results indicate that a significant new zone of mineralization has been discovered at Sor Baroot, with copper and gold intersected at Anomalies B and F. Both Anomalies are very large, of the order of 2 kilometres by 2 kilometres, and appear to represent large hydrothermal systems .....
Tethyan's Managing Director, Mr David Moore, said the results were very encouraging and highlighted the regional potential within Tethyan's 4,000 km2 ground holding at Reko Diq.
"This opens up a whole new exploration front for us," he said, "these are big targets and we are hunting in elephant country - we simply don't know what we could have here".
Released on 23rd. December. More drilling is starting February.
