3X why do you keep comparing the Scomo case to the current Judicial Review which under the Scope of a Judicial Review the Commonwealth is going to bury Asset and Assets team of 1.5 Lawyers Ensign Law in the case that DB embarrassingly now for Pep11 Inc has bought before the commonwealth to try and defend DB,s miss management of the tenement of Pep11 since basically 2011 on behalf of Pep11 Inc investors unfortunately now obviously!!!!
And to expect the Commonwealth to bend over and let DB run the exploration of same now is ridiculous tbh, especially with the ALP just elected on the woke renewable agenda that voted them in, the Commonwealth Legal team are going to Bury Asset in this and any large holder that hasn’t taken legal advice around the scope of a Judicial Review Needs to imo !!!
Or watch this mess pan out as a shareholder imo, and the financial losses imo !!!
