Slagging the BoD/CEO is a waste of time, which many posters seem to spend all their time on! The AGM is done and dusted, but not for them??

I agree with your post, serious investors will be following the links and read what's in there.
Being well-informed about your investment is a very good investment, do some deep DD is satisfying for many as well, and you sleep better at night knowing you are on the right track.
I am grateful for their hard work, and I am sure I am not alone feeling this way.
