Here is a couple more that I think are important:-
1. DISR provided Medeleine King the "decision maker" form in June 2023, she signed off to take the decision maker role on PEP11 in the same month. 2. On 25th October 2023, Norelle Laucher (DISR) advised in a Senate Briefing that "it was the current intention" that King be the decision maker. 3. Two days later, DISR commenced the recusal process to change from King to Husic, why? extract of FOI attached. 4. The recusal was only formalised in April 2024.
In between June 2023 and October 2023, there was only one material event, the issuance of the NOPTA recommendations/advice which occurred on 17th October 2023. In between October 2023 and April 2024, there was only one material event, the NSW pipeline legislation.
Also of interest to me is the involvement of PMC (The Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet), see attached email correspondence. Why would PMC take an interest in DISR administrative matters?
Contesting the case will make all this information public and I believe a reasonable person would form the opinion that this is evidence of corruption.
