In Aug 24 when the class action lawsuit settled the share price dropped to $1.21 and held around that level until this latest announcement, which unlike the previous case is to be fully funded by insurance.
so a 40% drop from those levels seems overkill in my view.
happy to hear opposing views, however as some posters mentioned debt levels - they were known prior to this recent announcement so would have been factored into the price prior to the drop.
the original lawsuit was caused by events prior to 2020 when the share price was over $1 (excluding the Covid drop when it plunged to 50c)
