LTH have been aware of these documents since the respective FOI's were released. For newer SH, they are well worth a read IMO.

Even though they have been in the public domain, the rationale behind the corruption was still a mystery, it didn't make sense, well not to me anyway.

That all changed when I accidently stumbled on this document:-

This to me was the missing piece of the puzzle and every action taken by the ALP now made perfect sense.

I would love to be a fly on the wall when Clayton Utz are furnished with the caucus document that Anthony Albanese, Madeleine King, Ed Husic, and Tim Ayres voted in support of. I predict Clayton Utz's response will be along the lines of "Oh, that's not good" "You guys did what?" "That was a mistake, huge, massive".

Flam recently raised an interesting point. Would Justice Jackson form an opinion that this Government can no longer be trusted by the court to make an impartial decision in accordance with the law? There is NOT one MP currently attached to the DISR portolio that is not infected by bias, none of them can bring an open mind to the process.

We have not been this close to NOPTA approval since 15/4/21.
