Its an interesting prospect
@BaltasarG My analysis suggests it should be moving strongly off a cap of $16 mil.
Having checked and rechecked and decided I am not wrong about the fundamentals, whats the problem?
Here is what I think.
1. The chart - although suggestive of accumulation after a technical buy, is a chook's breakfast. My issue is that the three MAs (9, 20, 40) are making crosses almost on a daily basis. I think that means the fundamentals are not understood.
2. The resource of ~1 mil oz Au Eq is fantastic - but its spread over a wide area and many leases - and many different metals gold, copper, zinc and lead.
3. It takes time to read the relationships between Sunshine's holdings, the historic mines and producing or near producing neighbours.
Those issues create a challenge for investors to fully take into account - and as a consequence there is little discussion of them, but plenty of talk about rock chips grading 64 g/t.
IMO having 1 mil oz for $16 mil cap - and a clear pathway to early cash flow by mining easy digging surface oxide ore on granted MLs using nearby Toll plants with good local roads makes this an asset worth multiples of current price, and one which may only be appreciated when the cash flow starts.
My sentiment is BUY and HOLD and that's for sure.
