The larger interest rate problem will be the unwinding of the japanese carry trade with bond yields spiking there the BOJ are going to be forced into raising interest rates and all the cheap capital sitting in US stocks is going to need to be liquidated and repatriated. The BOJ has already indicated a potential for increase. If they do something crazy like 50 basis points whoch bond yields are predicting the sell off in US will be biblical. They meet on June 16
