The 400-600k tin capacity comes from AHF’s June 2021, $6m Stage 1 dryer… and guess what? It’s never been downgraded in any FY22-25 filings.

The Mutree deal? Year 1 only guarantees 100k tins (with options later), not 100k every year for three years. That leaves plenty of headroom to ramp up beyond 100k as demand grows, well within that 400-600k capacity.

This isn’t a “cap on growth”, it’s a launch pad… a perfectly sized Year 1 commitment that frees up room for Ocean Road, Nutura, Sprout Organic and any other third-party runs and all the Future formula upside you can dream of.

High margin, boutique batches first, mass volumes later. That’s smart scaling, not a moonshot or a bust.
