Can't blame Cosette here... There have been no other bidders and MYX announced a business update with slower growth than expected.
I know *Charts* is going to say someone will come forward and pay $20 - despite nothing near $7.40 in the last six months - but does anyone have thoughts on a realistic playbook from here?
I'm thinking there will be an adjustment which may look like 30-50c a share to allow for the slower growth; or more so, the political uncertainty.
Cosette are not silly enough to go for broke and have the deal completely fall over - so I would expect a slight adjustment is in the works; nothing like the $2.90 discount we see with the SP currently.
Thoughts?
