    You're not considering the dilution required to allow IMU to continue as a going concern.

    + 30.8m shares for Susquehanna (1.05B under the current Con Note funding agreement)
    + ~150m shares for funding obligations going forward (circa ~30c valuation as current 'consolidated' value sits at <58c)

    Circa 400m shares already by the time 'consolidation' occurs IMO at which point it will trade around the rapidly diminishing cash value.
