Some of us large holders of MHM for over a year or since IPO know very well why ALNAK is not patented technology.
For anyone not familiar with the issue please consider that some of the most successul companies do not have patents on their products.
The best examples are:
WD-40 - this is a great success and growth story from a single product company ...
