Sorry, can you elaborate please? Vast majority of companies raise at discount to current however we have been able to take advantage of tax system in Canada. They need money to go for a big drill program to do exactly what shareholders want. When should they have raisedeally. I am new to this stock and appreciate the enlightenment as I have an open mind about this. What am I missing?
