There is months until the docs are even released. vote is not until August. heaps of time for another bid.
and only 6 weeks until cgt can be deferred for 12 months. holding for a bit to see if there are other offers, this one is increased post agm and to see what rcf says seems pretty logical.
it won't be long until we start getting phone calls to ask if we are accepting or not and if it does not look like an easy win for the board the other could very well be increased. I think it will go through and likely at this price but it's pretty much risk free potential upside by holding.
