Whilst it is true that the grades are relatively low, this is typically how the biggest projects actually work- they count on having HUGE volumes of LOW grades showing EXCEPTIONAL CONSISTENCY. These factors put together allow large scale projects such as this to apply very high volume mining techniques that generate price advantages from economy of scale.
